Lead time and order size
Standard products: small batches are in stock; larger quantities are scheduled with you. White-label supply: sample in 10 days, small batch in 20–30 days. Minimum order is stated per model in the selection documents.
Cooperation
The only difference is how far you want us to go. All three can carry your brand.
What you get Your brand, your enclosure marking, your manual, your cloud account. We do not appear in front of your customer.
You already have a platform
Pick a model from the selection guide. We quote, ship, and you integrate it.
What you get
Not included Platform account (optional add-on), point design, site installation and acceptance.
The protocol is still unconfirmed, or you need a whole site visible and manageable — that is mode 02.

A configured set by point list: gateways, sensors and modules, plus the platform — visible, alarming and dispatchable once wired.
What you get
Not included Site installation, cabling and acceptance (yours or your crew's); civil works and power modification.
You have no point list yet, or you expect us to install and hand over. Without a list we cannot price; installation is outside our scope.

We rework it as your product: hardware, enclosure, protocol and platform UI — under your brand, in volume. New development is also possible, after we check that it fits our technology stack.
What you get
Not included Your core control logic; certifications (we can arrange, charged separately); sales through your brand and channel.
If the volume is still small and you do not want to pay for development yet, prove the protocol on a standard model first.

IP and exclusivity
Who owns the software copyright, whether a region is exclusive, and who pays the tooling are written into the contract, not assumed in conversation.
Where we stop
The limits come first. What we offer only holds if these are already clear.
All three apply to every way of working. Site work stays on your side — we provide the wiring diagram, commissioning guidance and remote support. We also do not build your core controller, and we do not promise a lead time beyond what we can actually make.
We only work with people who sell equipment onward. What you buy from us reaches your customer under your name, not ours.
Your customer deals with you.
Installation, cabling and acceptance are done by you or your crew. We provide the wiring diagram, commissioning guidance and remote support.
Site work is outside the supply scope.
Production starts after payment. We do not accept commercial acceptance bills, and we do not take payment terms longer than 45 days.
Orders paid on these terms are not delayed by longer credit.
Yes. Different projects for the same customer can use different modes, and within one system the hardware can be supplied on its own while the platform is white-labelled. The modes set responsibility, not permission. All three can carry your brand, and none of them include site installation.
Yes. The first remote commissioning session is free; later sessions are charged per case. Many engagements start with one sample: prove the protocol, then discuss volume.
No, and that is a deliberate boundary. Installation, cabling and acceptance are done by you or your crew; we provide the wiring diagram, commissioning guidance and remote support. If a project genuinely needs us on site, agree it in advance and it is charged per man-day, never folded into the hardware price.
No. That is white-label supply within hardware-only mode. Full custom means changing the hardware, enclosure, protocol or platform UI. The development fee and minimum order are written into the contract.
Tongwei keeps its platform, standard modules and protocol stack. Work made specifically for you, your enclosure, your appearance design and your brand belong to you. Software copyright ownership, regional or vertical exclusivity and who pays for tooling are written into the contract rather than assumed.
Send an equipment list or functional requirements. Within 24 hours we say whether we can do it, and quote that mode only if we can.
